Additionally, you can use it for your job agent. When you use a job agent potential candidates can pick and choose the fields of work and job types they have an interest in. This means that they will get a notification whenever a job that matches their interest is posted through HR-ON Recruit.
How to create new fields of work
Use the following steps to create a new work area or delete existing ones:
- Go to settings > fields of work
- In the column on the right, click on edit or delete
- If you need additional languages, you can add translations in HR-ON Recruit
What are job types?
Job types refers to the different types of job you offer e.g. fulltime, parttime, student job or project employment. Job types can be used in different ways for example when you post a job ad.
It can also be used for your job agent. When using a job agent, potential candidates can pick the job types and fields of they have an interest in and receive a notification whenever a job ad related to their interests is posted through HR-ON Recruit.
