In this guide, we will guide you through how you can easily share your new job post on social media via HR-ON Recruit.
Social Sharing
If you are logged into your Social Media accounts in HR-ON Recruit, you can see them under the section Social Sharing on the job post you are about to create or edit. If you are unsure of how to log into your social media channels, you can get help via this guide.
Check the box of the preferred social media you want to post to. Next, check the box Enable Custom Description if you wish to add a specific text to the post. Otherwise, the system will take the first snippet of your job description.
If you want a custom description, you need to add that to the text field below called: Job description text.
Picture
You have the opportunity to add a custom picture to your social media post about your job. If you do not choose a different picture, it will take the picture that you have selected under Settings > Social media settings.
Upload a custom image by clicking the big blue Upload button. Alternatively, you can choose a picture from your gallery. Here you will see the pictures that have been uploaded to your gallery. See more in this guide.
Now you are ready to publish your first job posting. Click on See Preview to get a preview of the job post and how it will look on your site. Not ready to post it yet? Click on Save as draft to save it for later use. Finally, when you are ready to publish, click on Save and publish. The job post will go online on the date you selected earlier under the publication date.
Now you are ready to move on to the next step in the Help Center, which is Move on with HR-ON Recruit, where we share much more about the platform and its functions. We start this with a guide about your front page - also called Overview.
