The Message Center is a feature that can be enabled in Recruit. If the feature is activated, your candidates will receive an email notifying them that there are a number of new messages from you.
Once the candidate has received an email from you, they will be able to access it in the Message Center. To log in to the Message Center, the candidate must use their candidate login.
The Message Center allows the candidate to get an overview of the correspondence.
Additionally, the candidate can also reply to emails directly from the Message Center.
When you want to get an overview of new messages as well as each individual correspondence, you can click on 'New Messages.
Here you can get an overview of new messages and see what each individual candidate has replied. When a candidate sends a message via the Message Center, relevant users in Recruit receive an email. However, this can be disabled at the user level.
