How can we help? 👋

Statistics

The statistics module can be found in the menu on the left side.

At the top of the statistics module, there are various statistics that include data on costs per recruitment, costs per candidate, cost per qualified candidate, recruitment time, and response time.

Each statistic has an "I," which provides information on how each statistic is calculated. For example, a candidate is considered qualified if they have received 4 stars or more in ratings, if they have been hired, or if they have been invited for an interview.

In the statistics module, it is also possible to compare with statistics from the previous year.

Opportunity for benchmarking:

The statistics module also includes the option for benchmarking, allowing you to compare your statistics with other companies, for example, comparing recruitment costs or the number of days per recruitment.

To provide the user with the best conditions for posting the job on relevant media, below each media, there is a statistic that provides the user with unique insights into other users' experiences with the media, as well as the success rate of recruiting relevant candidates for the position via the media.

Benchmarking is a paid add-on in the system.

Under each statistic, it is possible to see the average for other organizations, both as of today and from the previous year.

Job postings statistics:

In the statistics on job advertisements, it is possible to see the number of job ads per year as well as previous years.

The blue bar in the statistics indicates the number of job postings in your company, while the pink bar indicates the number in other companies.

It is possible to click on "company" or "all other companies" at the top, thereby centering the statistics on either "the company" or "other companies." When "all other companies" is clicked, the statistics for other companies are disabled, and the user is presented exclusively with statistics for their own company.

Below, it is possible to add department, industry, and job title to further target the statistics. For example, "HR" as a department. It is possible to select multiple departments, industries, and job titles

At the bottom, the period can be defined by entering a start and end date. If the statistics are to be displayed in months instead of years, the checkbox for "months" should be selected.

Statistics on advertising costs

At the top of the advertising costs statistics, there is data on the media where job advertisements have been published. The statistics show the number and total cost per media.

Below, there is a graph for the current year as well as previous years, allowing for a comparison of costs year over year. It is also possible to view statistics for both your own company and other companies here. The view can be displayed by year or month, and a specific period can also be filtered.

Statistics on Days per Recruitment

At the bottom of the statistics module, there is data on the number of days per recruitment. As with the other statistics, it is possible to compare year over year and view statistics from other companies. Below, you can filter by department, industry, and job titles, as well as by a specific time period.

Media

Under the "publishing" tab in the job advertisement, there is an "external publishing" option where you can choose which media the job should be published on.

To provide the user with the best conditions for publishing the job on relevant media, there is a statistic below each media that offers unique insights into other users' experiences with the media, as well as the success rate of recruiting relevant candidates for the position through that media.

The statistics provide the user with information about:

  • The rating the media has received from other users
  • The average number of views per job
  • The average number of applicants
  • The average number of qualified applicants

Filtering Options

It is possible to click on the "funnel" in the left corner and apply filters based on categories and job titles. Afterward, the media that best match based on ratings and criteria for category and job title will be displayed.

When you click on "filter," a new tab opens where you can fill in the job category, such as "Office and Finance," and then a job title, such as "Finance and Economics roles."

It is possible to search for terms like "economics" to find the correct categories and job titles.

Selection of Media for the Media List

Under "settings" and "media," it is possible to manage which media should appear in the media list under the "job advertisements" tab.

To manage the media, you need a role with the appropriate permissions. This is typically the role of company administrator.

Occupation:

ESCO is a European classification of skills, competences, qualifications, and occupations. You select the occupation that best matches the job you are in the process of publishing. When an ESCO job title is inserted, it contributes to the statistics on media selection, thereby helping both you and others to find the most qualified and relevant media. Above, you will find a description of the media statistics
