Social media settings

This guide will go over the social media settings.

Backend login

WIth your HR-ON Recruit account you can easily post a job ad on your social media channels. All it takes is a simple tick in the box when you create the job ad. But to enable this function, you must go over the following steps.

To publish your job ads on your social media channels it is necessary that you login through HR-ON Recruit. Go to Settings > Social media settings. It must be the employee that administers the HR-ON Recruit account that logs in.

Once your company administrator is logged in to the SoMe accounts from which you want to post the job ad, you donโ€™t have to do any further. Simply tick the platforms that you want your job ad posted to, and the job ad will automatically be posted once you create it.

If your administrator happens to be company administrator for multiple companies on LinkedIn these will appear as options when you publish the job ad. Choose the one you want to publish to.

Be aware that due to security reasons LinkedIn automatically logs you out every 60. days. In order to continue to post your ads, make sure you are stilled logged in. Typically, you will notice that it says โ€œinactiveโ€ next to LinkedIn. If this is the case, go to the social media settings and log in again.

Social media images

When you create job ads for your social media channels, you need to add an image. You can upload a standard image which will be used for every job ad for Facebook or LinkedIn by heading to settings > social media settings.

You also have the option of uploading an image when you are creating a job ad, and after you have ticked off the social media channels you want to post on. This way you can vary the images you use in your job ads. The system will use the image you have uploaded to the specific job post, but if you do not upload an image, the system will use the one you have uploaded as your default image in your social media settings or if that fails your company logo.
